Scott Brooks

Scott Brooks#

Scott Brooks has a background in computer science and AI for cellular imaging, with a focus on detecting rare biological events that shape human health and disease. He develops smart microscopy tools that integrate deep learning with advanced imaging platforms to make high-resolution experiments more efficient and accessible. In his current role as a KTP Associate at the University of Warwick, working with Intelligent Imaging Innovations (3i), he is leading the translation of CelFDrive [Brooks et al., 2024] into a deployable AI-guided microscopy system, bridging academia and industry.
